The gentle flowing currents will send you effortlessly down one of America's finest trout and canoeing streams. Expect the currents to move between 4 and 7 mph with an average depth between 2-4 feet, some holes can be as deep as 8 feet though, depending on water levels.
Take the time to enjoy the river wildlife which may include sightings of beaver, otter, muskrats, mink, deer, fox, rabbits, ducks, blue herons, kingfishers, and an increasing number of bald eagles.
